Who this is

Lovro Lucic

Twelve years building software, now on one problem for one trade: bath remodelers who pay for estimates that never happen. I build and run the system that puts a real time on your calendar from the ad, confirms and reminds the homeowner, and shows which ad produced the visit and what it cost. Everything else on this site came out of building that.

Why this exists

Ask a bath remodeler how many of last month's booked estimates actually happened and almost nobody can answer. Nobody publishes how many never do, and every dashboard counts them as done. The ads keep buying more of the same. This system follows every booking to the house, your office marks what happened in one tap, and that answer goes back to the ad that produced it.

What working with me looks like

  • The call. We walk your own ads and the page they land on, which I read before the call. The sharpest question: of the estimates you booked last month, how many happened, and how do you know.
  • The day you say yes, twenty minutes of yours. Two exports, your Ads Manager and your calendar for the last ninety days, and five clicks granting partner access to your ad account. Your card and your account stay yours. From the exports we write the monthly number in your own words, and you sign it before a dollar moves.
  • Every day after. Your office gets one text in the morning with today's visits and replies after each. You get one sentence in the evening: yesterday's confirmed, happened, cost per visit that happened, and which ad is winning. Every week, new ads come to your page for approval before they run.

What this site is

The pages around the system are what running it produces, and there are three kinds:

  • What your competitors are running this week. Every verified advertiser page in a trade, asked for directly on Meta's public ad library each week. Counted the same way every time. Two trades so far, and the same measure on both. No company is ever named. The rows behind every number are published under CC BY 4.0, so anyone can check the arithmetic or use it.
  • Free calculators. Calculators that print their own formula and say what they ignore. They answer backwards, and they run their worked examples on the page as you load it. Where the trade's own numbers supply a base rate, they carry one. Where nobody can, they say so instead of inventing a benchmark.
  • What broke, and the fix. One thing a platform does, and what broke because of it, from a conversion pipeline that shipped. Meta and Google document the fields; they do not document what goes wrong at 2am.

Why the numbers here are not estimates

Every figure the count and the calculators print comes straight from that week's count. Nobody types it in, so a sentence and the number beside it cannot disagree. The notes are different: they quote what Meta and Google publish, and each says which.

When something here turns out to be wrong, we correct it and publish the correction, with the cause and the size of the change: what the census got wrong.

Where I am

Zagreb, Croatia, on US hours. Your booking page, your number, your calendar and your messages run in your time zone under your name. If something goes wrong with a homeowner, you reach me, not a queue.

The question under that one is fair. What happens if this goes wrong and I am in another country? There is nothing to chase. You never send me money for ads. Your card pays the platform direct. I never own your ad account, your page or your pixel. You grant access, and you take it back yourself in five clicks. Your leads download from your own page any day. Thirty days either way, and everything you would want back is already yours.

The company behind the contract is BKPCELA d.o.o.; it is on the privacy page.

Who answers

I do. Email [email protected]. The same person who built the system runs it, and the teardown of your ads is the one thing on this site that asks for an address, because a person writes it and sends it.

What is not here

  • No case studies yet. The first clients run at cost for exactly that reason, and each gets a named one with their real numbers, the bad weeks included.
  • No cost benchmarks. Meta's library shows what is running, never what it cost. Nobody publishes cost data for these trades, and neither does this site.
  • No advice about your business. The tools do arithmetic on your own numbers and print the formula. What to do with the answer is yours.

Pick a time.

A call on what you spend, what books, and what shows up at the house. The grid on the front page holds it while you type.

Pick a time Or first, see your ads the way a homeowner does. Free, within a day.
