What this site is

• Information about what we do for home-improvement companies, the weekly count of their ads, free tools, and a calendar to book a call. Using it costs nothing.
• Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept by clicking. Work for a company starts only when both sides sign a letter. That letter, not this page, sets the terms of the work.

Booking a call

• You give us your name, phone and email so we can hold the time and reach you about it. The privacy page says what we keep and why.
• You can move or cancel the call any time with the link in your confirmation. A call commits you to nothing.

Texts from Expenety

• When you book a call and tick the box that lets us text you, Expenety texts you from +1 (866) 989-4568 about that booking only: a confirmation, reminders before it, a link to move it, and afterwards whether it happened. Up to 8 texts for a booking, plus one more each time the time is moved.
• Texts go out between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your time zone.
• Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to any text, or any message asking us to stop, and every text from us ends.
• Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for texts that arrive late or not at all.
• We never send marketing texts, and agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

Booking pages we run for other companies

• Some booking pages we build belong to home-improvement companies that hire us. On those, you book with that company. Its texts come from a number in its own name, and its own privacy page, linked on that page, says what it keeps.

Our numbers

• The counts on this site come from Meta's public Ad Library and from pages we opened ourselves, on the dates we give. Where a count was wrong we say so on the corrections page.
• They are information, not advice about your business. If you quote them, name Expenety and the date of the count.

Using the site fairly

• Do not book times you do not mean to keep, use someone else's details, or try to break or overload the site or its calendar.

Our responsibility

• This site and its tools are free and provided as they are. We are not liable for any indirect loss from using them, such as lost profit or lost jobs.
• Nothing here limits a responsibility the law does not let us limit.

Law

• Croatian law applies to these terms, and the courts of Zagreb hear any dispute about them. If you are a consumer, the protections of the law where you live still apply to you.
• When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
