Estimates on your calendar. Ads bought on the ones that happened.
A homeowner taps your ad, picks a time on your estimator's calendar, the estimate happens, and your office marks it in one tap.
For window and door companies. Your ads, your calendar, your ad account. We run the part in between.
The ad books a real time on your calendar. The system confirms and reminds from your number, and gives your office one tap after each visit: happened, sold, or no-show. That mark is what the ads are bought on.
We agree a monthly number of estimates. A month under it is free. The number holds while your agreed ad budget runs.
- Your calendar, your accounts
- One per metro
- No annual contract
This week, counted directly on Meta: 76 US window replacement companies, 3,227 live ads, 35 promising a free consultation, 8 letting you book one. See the count
How many of last month's booked estimates actually happened?
Almost no owner can answer. That is the hole this closes. The click becomes a form, the form becomes a callback, the callback becomes a booking. Some of those bookings never happen. Nobody publishes how many. The dashboard counts the booking as a win and stops watching, so the ad money keeps flowing toward ads that book estimates nobody keeps.
We follow every booking to the house, your office marks what happened in one tap, and the ads are bought on that. What one point of no-show rate costs you a month.
How it works
Three steps, all of them on your page. The ad lands on real times.
No form, no callback. The page shows the days your estimator is already in that area, inside the visits a day you can do, and holds the time the moment they tap it.
Confirmed and reminded, from your own number.
Confirmation on the spot, a reminder the day before and the day of, under your name. Evenings and weekends offered first when both owners of the house need to be home.
Your office marks it in one tap.
One text after the visit: happened, sold, or no-show. That mark goes back to the ad platform, and each week the estimates that happened decide which ads keep their budget. We ask the homeowner too, so the number never rests on one person's word.
What you get every week
Your own page, behind a private link, any day.Booked, happened, sold, and what each estimate that happened cost you. Every line names the ad it came from. No impressions, no clicks, no reach.
One sentence per dead ad. In one metro Meta does not see enough estimates that happened to steer on alone, so the ones that happened decide, every Monday, which ads keep their budget.
One sentence, with the reason. Budget moves once a week, in small steps, because big jumps reset Meta's learning and cost you a week.
What you can check today
No client logos yet. This is what exists, and you can open all of it.Every live ad in window replacement on Meta, counted each week. The method is published and the errors are corrected in public. See this week's count.
We run on the machine we sell. Our own page, the one a client gets, is public: booked, happened, what each cost, bad weeks included. Open the log.
At cost, for a named case study with real numbers, month by month, bad weeks included.
How the money works
The terms, in three lines.A monthly fee against a number of confirmed appointments we agree from your calendar and your last ninety days. A month under that number costs nothing. It holds while the agreed ad budget runs; a month under half of it is not counted, and not free. Media stays on your card, in your ad account, and we never touch the invoice.
What we learn on your account goes into the next metro, and we will not run both sides of one auction. The first three run at cost, for a named case study with their real numbers, bad weeks included.
No annual contract, thirty days either way. I never own your ad account, your page or your number. You grant access, and you take it back yourself in five clicks. Every row the system wrote about your business downloads any day.
Who we will not take
Said here, so nobody spends a call on it.- Nobody to close. We put the estimate on the calendar. Your estimator sells it. If no one does, there is nothing to measure.
- An ad budget smaller than our fee. The ads have to produce enough estimates to count.
- Names bought from a marketplace. Every estimate here comes from your own ads, on your own calendar, under your own name. Nothing is resold to anyone.
- Answering your phone, running your CRM, or pricing on your close rate. Your team does those. We feed them.
- A one-van shop. The calendar needs more than one person on it.
Who runs this
Lovro Lucic. I built the count above and I run it every week, method published, mistakes corrected in public. The calendar at the foot of this page is the engine a client gets, running live. I answer the phone. Every number on this site comes from a row I can show you.
Call me: +1 (650) 643-4497. A message reaches me as text within minutes, and I call back the same morning, US Central. Or pick a time below and skip the phone. lovro@expenety.com. Who I am, and what happens if this goes wrong.
This is the same engine your homeowners would book on, running live.
It holds the time while you type. The call is about what you spend, what books, and what shows up at the house.
- held on the tap, before anyone types a name
- confirmed and reminded automatically
- we read your ads and your page before the call
